Yes. Bulk import reads your spreadsheets, cap tables and investor lists and maps them for review before anything is saved. Most funds are set up within days, and the team helps with the first import.
Per fund. Each fund or vehicle has its own plan, and your management company account holds the subscriptions. There is no per-seat pricing, so your whole team and all your investors can be on the platform.
No. Investor portal access is included with the fund. Founders get free investor reporting when a fund on NeoVC invites them, and can upgrade for fundraising tools.
On AWS, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based per fund, per vehicle and per investor. NeoVC staff do not access fund data without a written request from you.
A fund with existing data is typically operating on NeoVC within one to two weeks, including the first LP report. Setup itself takes an afternoon.
